An expert in arbitration, Mr. R. Nawfal is a co-founder and a partner at House of Law. An attorney at law, his area of expertise lies in national and international corporate law, insurance law, real estate law, franchising law, mergers and acquisition. His practice also covers, banking and financial law, international commercial transactions and corporate governance, labor law compliance and services for mobile tele & satellite communication companies as well as legal consultation on education law. Mr. Nawfal expertise covers the education body; his proficiency with public and private institutions at all levels from establishment through day to day operation and growth. He also advises academy trusts on governance, school districts and school boards.

Georges Abou Zogheib

Partner

Our attorney Mr. Georges Abou Zoughaib’s main asset resides in representing clients in litigation and arbitral courts in matters pertaining to banking and financial, commercial disputes, insurance and reinsurance claims along with intellectual property. Mr. G. Abou Zogheib received a scholarship by Égide, hence successfully completing an internship at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France. There, he gained extensive experience in arbitration, topical cases and preparing international conferences in Europe & the Mena.

Mr. G. Abou Zogheib is also an expert in preparing corporate governance for factories and co-authored a chapter on Lebanese Companies published in the International Corporate Law Compendium

Hadi Mouawad

Senior associate at House of Law, Mr. H. Mouawad is the head of litigation team and an expert in Civil and Criminal law. His experience covers complex civil and criminal litigation with an emphasis on real estate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, contractual and corporate disputes, enforcement and arbitration related matters.

He is an expert Corporate and Commercial Law, Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Intellectual Property, Public and Administrative Law.

Prior to joining House of Law, Mr. H. Mouawad had a professional experience covering nearly a decade of legal practice as an associate in two well-reputed leading law firms.

Randa Bou Jaoude

Randa Bou Jaoude is the head of the corporate team. Her experience covers Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, restructurings, Joint Ventures as well as BOT and PPP projects.
Mrs. Bou Jaoude exercises her activity in a cross-border environment and has a focus on advising on and drafting a wide range of complex multi-jurisdictional contracts.
She has comprehensive legal experience in advising local and international clients and start-ups entering into diverse activities and projects in the Mena region.
Mrs. Bou Jaoude is committed to staying abreast of the latest business trends and changing conditions. As such, she proactively develops and tailors new advisory products for legal areas such as compliance and corporate governance, and for evolving segments such as energy and digital business.

Caline Doumit

Mrs. Caline Doumit is one of our expert attorney in litigation, maritime law, aviation law, general commercial law, as well as personal status law. Her personal status law practice emphasis on marital issues verging from concocting legal marital mutual understandings to ultimate divorce proceedings.

Mrs. C. Doumit practice also includes bank credits, loan recovery and related litigation.

Ms. S. Zouky specializes in criminal law, inheritance and succession law, labor law, social security matters, litigation.

Ms. S. Zouky is also active in the field of NGO’s law advising national, international Non-Governmental as well as other public interest organizations. Her quick and sharp focus is crucial to drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kind of legal documents including legal memorandums.

Darine Sbeyti

Trainee  

Ms. D. Sbeyti specializes in active litigation, civil, criminal, corporate law, education law, labor law, and social security matters, inheritance and succession law and trademark registration.

Ms. D. Sbeyti also advises on real estate international transactions and a legal counsel in national and international Non-Governmental and other public interest organization including setting all governance models for such organizations.

Karen AL Haddad

Ms. K. Haddad is our youngest trainee lawyer she is an apprentice in civil and dispute resolution matters. Ms. K. Haddad is also involved in litigation matters regarding debt recovery.

Mariana Diab

Trainee

Ms. M. Diab is a trainee lawyer. She is an apprentice in commercial law and corporate law, labor and real estate law. Ms. Diab is involved in the incorporation and dissolution of companies. Mrs. M. Diab is also assisting in drafting all kind of agreements that covers the daily activities and drafting the General Assemblies along with the Board of Directors minutes of meetings.
