Dr. Abdallah (El) Bitar is an honorary Attorney-General of Appeal of Bekaa Governorate. He was an Inquiry Judge in Beirut Governorate, as well as an Inquiry Judge in the Mount Lebanon Governorate. Dr. Abdallah received the Supreme Court’s distinction as an appreciation for his efforts in investigating the liquidation the Lebanese Arab Bank. For thirty years, Dr. Abdallah taught Business Law at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration at the Lebanese University and the Military College. A prolific author, he penned several works including, “Business Law Theoretical Study and Practical Works”, Bank Processes, Real Estate Sales, Penal Specialization Range, Public Prosecution Independency, Fraudulent Bankruptcy and Default Bankruptcy.<\/p>\n

Mr. Mohmad Hamade is an Honorary Judge and Arbitrator at the Lebanese Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon.\u00a0 Mr. M.Hamade was a Government Delegate to the National State Council. He was the President of the Appeal Court in Beirut, and that of Mount Lebanon as well as the President of the Appeal Court of Nabatieh.. A previous member of the board of Institute for Judicial Studies- General Section, Judge M. Hamade is currently a member of the committee in charge of improving laws at parliament as well as the president of the committee that studies the statistical data pertaining to public and private schools at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE).He is currently a legal counselor at the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL).<\/p>\n

An Honorary president of the court of cassation, legal advisor and arbitrator Sheikh Nadim Abdul Malak occupied several legal positions namely that of the Higher Council of Magistrates at the Lebanese Government, that of President of Court of Cassation in Lebanon. Sheik Nadim Abdul Malak was also a member of the higher council of judges judging presidents & ministries.<\/p>\n

Sheikh Nadim Abdul Malak has a long-standing career as a judge in criminal courts as he was appointed as the president of the court of Assize at Zahle, First instruction Judge at Saida \u2013 South Lebanon, President of the accusation court in Baabda \u2013 Mount Lebanon, and public general attorney in Beirut and Baabda.
